Teacher Turned Removalist

We done a job in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide a few years ago, we were moving an unemployed school teacher or chalkies as we call them in the furniture removalists circle. This particular client asked if he could help with the move to save some money and of course we allowed him to as we want our clients to be able to save where they can, its another one of our affordable moving solutions we provide. As the day went on we started to notice how good this teacher was at lifting and wrapping furniture......using our trolleys for collecting boxes and so on........for his first day he was really good. At the end of the job the teacher asked if we could give him some work. We said that maybe we would but didn’t really persue him even though he called for weeks and weeks.

One day....about  a month later we decided to give him a go, we gave him some training and started him on some 3 men jobs...... getting him used to dealing with our clients and moving on a professional level. To our amazement ....as the months went by this teacher became one of the best little removalists we had ever seen, and because he had been a teacher for so many years our customers loved him on account of his people skills.

Unfortunately the teacher decided to move back into teaching and it was us that ended up chasing him to stay on as a local removalist here in Adelaide.
