This is the process that transforms a cluttered office with odds and sods, desktop paraphernalia and cables everywhere and leaves it ready to pick up and go. When done professionally it is an art in itself, normally this is done the day(s) before the removal.

Relocation of safes and safety files. A specialist subcontractor may be engaged to comply with Occupational Health & Safety requirements. Assumes that the new location conforms with floor loading requirements and that lifts can accommodate the weight.
Artworks can be specially catered for. Crating of original works can be arranged but is rarely required.

Can our relocation be done outside of trading hours, week nights or weekends?

Yes. There is a huge demand for this kind of relocation and understandably. The biggest cost of a relocation for most companies is the loss of time trading (or downtime). The solution is completing the job in full outside trading hours.

Can my office files stay in order in my filing cabinet(s)?

Yes, we can move filing cabinets remaining full most of the time but if we are unable to because of packing in the truck issues or stairs issues then we can do what is known in the removals industry known as Sequential Packing and easily done at no extra cost. We use special cartons for offices called Archive cartons and these allow all the files to be packed in there on their suspension files(folders)

Will my computer be safe with your company?

Yes, we pack screens, hardrives and keyboards into boxes with special shock protective paper. We can also use anti-static covers f or sensitive LCD screens too!

Will my office equipment get mixed up with my collegues equipment?

A. No, we mark all cartons and furniture with each collegues name on it.

Will the computers be set up at the new office?

Yes, we have contractors that are complete geeks, and they do this sort of thing full time! And enjoy it.

Can you move our expensive, heavy & enourmous photocopier?

Yes, they are a specialist item but we can do them with ease, stairs create more difficulty but are still do able.

Can you move my collegue(s) to a different building on the other side of town?

Anything! So long as the boss approves it.

Can my office files stay in order in my filing cabinet(s)?

Files can either be moved by staying in the filing cabinets they belong in or in archive cartons which are specially set up for relocation of files. When we pack into these cartons we can do it sequentially and mark the box itself sequentially so when delivered at the destination they can be unpacked in the same order they were in, in the first place.

Mass file relocation normally involve compactuses, they are a specialty item and require experience and planning to keep them in order. We have the resources to do this and move the steel compactus themselves too.
