Meet Corey Smith and his family Founder and Director of Complete Removals
His strong points are his absolute concrete morals, honesty and his outstanding hard working ethics. He treats everyone with respect and loyalty and all of his clients like royalty. His weaknesses are his wife and kids and chocolate, and getting a bit high strung on occasions. Corey was a hands on removalist for over 12 years and still is once in a while when a really difficult lift has to be done.
Meet Ben Ballard General Manager
He worked his way up from an off sider in a truck, then to a driver, then to the leading hand of all trucks and to his current position of General Manager and he is the main point of contact for all non interstate clients from start to finish.
He is proof that loyalty, honesty and exceptional hard work pays off in the long term. Ben is always in a good mood, even when he is sick and shouldn't be at work but came in anyway just for the heck of it.
His weaknesses are his Mrs and his chickens that keep getting eaten by his neighbour's dog.
Meet Simon Mitchell Interstate Division Manager
Simon was born into the furniture removal industry and has more experience than you could poke a stick at. He is highly professional and an excellent personal consultant to his clients, Simon is our Interstate Sales Manager. What he doesn't know about the industry is not worth knowing. With 3 generations of removals behind him you're "guaranteed" the most efficient and cost effective move that money can buy. If you ask him he will tell you. I dare you.
Meet Tracey Mills bookkeeper and numbers wizard
Tracey joined our team in 2009 and has revolutionized our office to a very streamlined and highly organised operation. She has been a book keeper for over 15 years and is an absolute credit to her field. She is the Mother Hen of the Office as she is a touch older than Ben and Corey and tells them off frequently if the paperwork is not filled in correctly and they tend to listen.
We are still looking for her weaknesses, but will keep you posted.
