Humble Beginnings......where it all started for Complete Removals

The pioneering years of Complete Removals didn’t start with all of the bells and whistles. In fact it was quite hard at times. You can see in one of the images that I even tried to change a clutch plate once myself  to save the money, I failed.......after 10 hours of swear words and bleeding knuckles I had to hire a  mechanic to come out and fix it anyway. I never tried that again, you can see by the look on my face I wasn’t impressed (the guy on the left).

Complete Removals started out as Removals Unlimited, back then we only had one truck, her name was “Gertie”. She was a tough old girl with a million kms on the clock. I also started out with Suburban Taxi Trucks as you can see on one of the doors, they were one of Adelaide’s leading Taxi Truck companies, Gertie number was truck 17. As the years passed I moved away from Suburban and went out on my own. Within a  few months Gertie decided to throw a piston threw the side of her engine,  which  simultaneously threw a spanner in the works for the business. At this time I was faced with a decision, do I sell up or get another truck.......I decided to get another truck as there was really nothing to sell.  This is when I invested in a new image and business makeover, and Complete Removals was born. I got a lot of laughs for the new logo and colour scheme but I knew I was onto a winner, if your ever wondering why the hell I picked green, then tune in next week and I will finish the storey.
