Complete Removal of a Finger!

This story is a case of not paying attention to your job. Ricky; one of our furniture removalists cut his finger on a job in Adelaide CBD last Thursday. It wasn’t an overly deep cut but enough to need a doctor and probably stitches. When the doctor investigated the cut he told Ricky it was too swollen to stitch and that he would need to come in on Monday to get the stitches.
The doctor then proceeded to bandage the wound and fill out the work cover forms. Here’s where it gets interesting..........
When Ricky handed the work cover forms to the doctors receptionist, she quickly glanced at them and then looked up at him horrified. She said
“Oh dear, a complete removal..... Why is the doctor waiting until Monday to perform the surgery if it’s that bad?”
Ricky took a few moments to register, then when he realised what had happened he laughed and replied
“No you misread it, the name of my employer is Complete Removals, not the doctors diagnosis.”
