Hello,
Today, I moved house with the help of Complete Removals.  I found your company through a web search and was won over by your words about the level of customer service that you offered.  I confess I was just a bit cynical - like everybody, I've had some pretty horrific experiences with moving companies, but ever hopeful I was!

I would just like to let you know that Ben and Adrian today provided what I can only describe as the 'perfect' move-house experience.  They arrived exactly on time, were friendly and enthusiastic, incredibly professional, efficient, fast and obviously experts at what they do.  They went beyond expectations in lots of ways - they were extremely polite and well-mannered, they did really lovely things like offer to put something heavy in a shed for me (they could easily have just left it in the yard), they checked where I wanted plants put (and did a very nice job of choosing the best place for them!), they did everything with an absolute minimum of fuss and bother.  I really appreciated how they let me know just before they were bringing the last thing in and checked how I wanted to pay so that they could charge up the EFTPOS machine if I was paying by card, and so save time at the end.  The cost was very reasonable - almost identical to the quote I was given.

It's now the end of a very long day and, because of Ben and Adrian, I'm not even grumpy (which is usually the case at the end of a day spent shifting house!).

Please pass on my thanks to them.  I hope I don't sound like a complete tosser with my flowery comments - I'm not really the flowery type, I promise.  I just think that these guys (and your company) are absolutely brilliant.  I will certainly be recommending your business far and wide - already I've raved to family and friends who rang to see how the move went.

Congratulations on running an excellent business and for having two such very, very fine employees - hang on to them!
