11th Floor, No Problem....Who’s Counting?
A client we moved this week gave us a call to give us some feedback, she said that she had a little anxiety about her move which is natural because we were moving her business and this particular move was from the 11th Floor which ads a different dynamic. She commented that her anxiety was thrown into hyper drive when the lift in the building broke down the morning of her move. Not good news for any office building relocation, when our team of three removalists arrived at the job our client informed them of the bad news. After a little investigating our lead removalist and driver Clayton told our stressed out client “don’t worry, we will get more man power out to help and we will just do the move without the elevator” Our client.....quite amazed said “what carry it all down the 11 floors”. Our client was obviously thinking that the move would have to be cancelled and that she would lose a days trading for her business. Clayton then went on to say “just to put your mind at ease we still expect to get this done within the quoted time so your business will be up and running on schedule”
Our client was thrilled and very appreciative of our companies desire to make sure her own business is not disrupted regardless of the obstacles in our way. At the end of the day we completed the job on schedule and only at an extra cost of a few extra men to assist in the 11 floors.
